Meetings at Venues
Join a club Get togethers. Through our Service we provide tools that enable our users to arrange physical meetings (a "Join a club Get together") at venues that include, but are not limited to, public parks, private homes or private enterprises (such as coffee shops or retail stores). We do not supervise these Join a club Get togethers and are not involved in any way with the actions of any individuals at these Join a club Get togethers. As a result, we have no control over the identity or actions of the individuals who are present at these Join a club Get togethers, and we request that our users exercise caution and good judgment when attending these Join a club Get togethers.

Because we do not supervise or control the Join a club Get togethers or interactions between users and other persons or companies, and because we are not involved in any way with physical transportation to or from these Join a club Get togethers or with the actions of any individuals at these Join a club Get togethers, and because we do not control Paypal, credit card companies or other payment processing companies, and because we cannot guarantee the true identity, age, nationality of Service users, and because we have very limited control, if any, over the quality, safety, morality, legality, truthfulness or accuracy of various aspects of the Service you agree that you bear all risk and you agree to release us (and our officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and third party partners) and Join a club Group Organizers from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, now and in the future, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your Third Party Transactions, our resolution of any disputes among users, and/or your transportation to or from, attendance at, or the actions of you or other persons at, a Join a club Get together. You further waive any and all rights and benefits otherwise conferred by any statutory or non-statutory law of any jurisdiction that would purport to limit the scope of a release or waiver. You waive and relinquish all rights and benefits which you have or may have under the laws of England to the full extent that you may lawfully waive all such rights and benefits.


Privacy and Use of Information
Join a club Limited's Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and by entering into this Agreement you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that if you subscribe to benefit from the Service available on this Website, you will receive (a) emails from us relating to other users of the Service who may be of interest to you and (b) communications from other users of the Website who are interested in meeting you. These emails are central to the Service offered by the Website and are different to marketing communications sent by email which are dealt with in more detail in Join a club Limited's Privacy Policy.
