Club description:

We meet each Thursday evening from 6:15-8:15pm in The Lower Concept Suite at Eldon Leisure Centre. We practise the Daoist Arts of Weihai Lishi Quanfa which includes Tai Chi, Daoist Yoga, Dao Yin, Qi Kung and Feng Shou "Hand of the Wind".
