We practise many movements to build energy: among the movements are the square yard form, stick form, sword form, silk form, sabre form. Some movements are like yoga and other movements are useful for self defence. All the movements help build energy. We have classes on Mondays 6pm-7.30pm and Tuesdays 7pm-9pm at Croft House, Garden Street, S1 4BJ near Sheffield University, Thursdays 7pm-9pm at Heeley Institute, Hartley Street, S2 3AE, Weds 1pm-3pm at Killamarsh Sports Centre.
